Facilities:  Our Cave Creek, AZ horse motel consists of three-stalls with attached runs. Stalls and runs are each 12' x 12'. For lessons or warm ups we have a 60' x 80' lighted arena for your use and pleasure. And, there’s a wash rack. You provide feed for your horses, feed them, and clean stalls. Please ask about some feeds that are restricted. Stall rates are $25 per night, $125 for six-night stays. Longer stays at negotiated prices. We are surrounded by excellent trails - close by, and we are within easy trailer distance from many wonderful one-day trail rides. We have 3 private rooms in our main house and 2 casitas for rent.

Facilities: We can accommodate up to 3 groups at a time, making your visit more enjoyable and less crowded. We have two areas available for overnight and extended stays. The first is 2.3 acres, fenced with 4 rail pipe fencing. Very private with 2 sites approximately 130’ apart. Each site has up to 4 – 12’ x 16’ 4 rail stalls, 30 amp electric, septic and water. Enjoy beautiful mountain views, gorgeous sunrises and tranquil sunsets. Located 1 mile from Tonto National Forest, 3 miles from the Verde River and 2 miles from the challenging trails of the McDowell Mountain Regional Park. All provide endless horse trails for hours of riding. Hiking, mountain biking and golf are also just minutes away. And when you are not on trail, we provide high speed Wi-Fi for your use to stay in touch or stream movies for your enjoyment. There is easy access to property with less that half a mile on a dirt road. Short term or long term stays are welcome. Location:  Located 14 miles southwest of Prescott, Arizona off Tonto Road. Take Iron Springs Road to just past MP 8, turn RIGHT on Contreras Road -well marked dirt road- follow Contreras Road until it deadends into Tonto Road. Turn LEFT on Tonto Road, go approximately 400 yards to a cattleguard on Tonto. Do not cross the cattleguard, turn RIGHT at the cattleguard on a small dirt road. Our sign is on a tree at the turn, follow the road around for approximately 1/2 mile, look to your right and you will see a brown pump house with a leaning power pole and an entrance gate. Press the button, the gate will open and follow road up the lane to big red barn with the white roof. Gate will close automatically. You have arrived, and will be greeted by Bambi-our watch goat-she has to check everyone out when they arrive.
