Facilities: We are a lakefront Bed and Breakfast, stable and special event facility. Our sister company "Simple Pleasures Farm" offers a stable with matted 12' x 12' stalls, covered arena, wash rack, tack area and 10 acres of pasture. The Inn itself is an 1893 meticulously restored Victorian mansion. It offers luxurious accommodations on Lake Allatoona. Swimming and boating activities are just a short walk across the street.
Location:  From Atlanta go north on Interstate 75. Take the 283 exit which is Allatoona/Emerson and turn right off of the ramp. This will take you toward the lake and away from the town of Emerson. We are 1.5 miles down on the right at 632 Old Allatoona Road in Cartersville, Georgia.

Facilities: OPENING MAY 15th!! For those traveling with horses or folks who just want a fun weekend get away! We offer a lovely apartment B&B that sleeps up to 4. Private bathroom, microwave, fridge stocked with snacks and drinks. Great view of pasture and horses. Outside grille available. We also have water/electric hook up for trailers. We can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner or there are many restaurants near by. We have a nice aisle barn with 6 stalls and a covered shed row barn with 4 stalls. We also have pasture available in safe pipe fencing. Our large, outdoor, sand arena is available for use as is the trail that goes around the property. We are surrounded by pasture, streams and woods! Pets ok with restrictions. We can accommodate up to six horses in stalls and more outside. Please call in advance for reservations. Location:  Convenient to I-75, I-285 and I-20. We are less than a mile off of I-20 but far enough back to be "out of the city."
