Comments: (6/14/07) - "Cypress Creek is a wonderful horse hotel. Mr. and Mrs. Talton were very friendly and helpful. Mrs. Talton spoke with us several times on the phone before our arrival and even met us in her vehicle and guided us in. The stalls were very clean and roomy. After traveling 14 hours the day before our horse didn't want to get on the trailer for another day of travel; Mr. Talton was a big help loading our horse. I would recommend Cyress Creek to anyone traveling."

Comments: (9/17/07) - "Haven Acres is a very well run facility. Very organized and very clean. Lori is very friendly and very horse knowledgeable. She takes care of your horse as if they were her own! My horses stayed with her for 3 months and I never had to worry if they were receiving the proper care and attention they needed. Lori goes beyond the call of duty when it comes to caring for the horses in her care. I would highly recommend her facility to anyone!". . .(9/24/07) - "We travel a lot(commerically) and really enjoyed meeting Lori. She made us and our horse feel at home. She really took good care of our big girl (Belgian). Nice barn, round pen and exercise area. Easy to unload and turn around. We have a 40' trailer. I highly recommend this facility."

Comments: (7/14/05) - "We were evacuating from Hurricane Dennis with a mare and 3 month foal and the Gilbert's were so welcoming and helpful it made a very stressful situation less so. They were very understanding of our needs and provided us a safe and clean place for our horses and had hookups for our trailer. Great christian people. We will come back again.". . . (5/15/06) - "Very nice people. Would be happy to stay with them anytime.". . .(5/28/06) - "These folks treated us like family. They were our last stop on a long, tiring move from N. Idaho, and it turned out to be a very nice place with great people! Nice, quiet setting away from lots of traffic, just over all excellent.". . .(6/6/06) - "We pulled in to the Gilbert Ranch and in the drive our master cylinder "left town". The Gilberts, Kay and James, just went to work settling the horses in their stalls and making arrangements to get our truck fixed. We were so well taken care of and ministered to. God had us in the right place in the right time! We can not say enough about the wonderful hospitality and friendship extended to us. What a peaceful respite !!!". . .(6/30/06) - "They went above and beyond. They even accommodated our dog. From start to finish they helped us with unloading, and loading. It was much more than we expected. Our horses received wonderful care. They even helped us find a hotel.Their facilty is unbeatable. They even provided us with useful knowledge that made the rest of our trip easier as well as safer for us and our horses. We could not thank them enough.". . .(2/14/07) - "James and Kay are great hosts. They make you feel like family and really go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. We would definitely recommend Gilbert Farm to anyone who is passing through. This is an awesome place to stay. Thanks James and Kay; we will be back!". . .(3/30/07) - "12,000+ miles and one of the best places we stayed. The people make a difference.". . .(7/10/07) - ". . . My driver was told {by the Gilberts} (at 12:30 am on a Tuesday morning) "We'll be there in 15 minutes." WOW! They came and hooked up to the trailer and took my horse to their barn. They cared for him and let him have some time in a pen after being cooped up for so long. . . . in the morning. Not only did Jim Gilbert get my horse loaded back up again, he drove him to where my driver was, AND gave the low battery in the truck a jump start. My driver told me that he had received several phone calls throughout the day from Mr. Gilbert checking on him and his progress. He was very impressed, and so was I. . . . Thank you so much for the care you offered my horse and the help you offered to my driver. You gave me peace.". . .(9/1/07) - "Great and friendly hosts. Helped us out everyway they could, even with a flat tire and last minute hotel accommodations on a holiday weekend so we could get some rest during day while the horses rested. Above and beyond. They really made a difference on the trip to my new home in SC. Would highly recommend them for anyone coming thru the area. I would definitely stay here again.". . .(12/29/07) - "The Gilberts are the nicest people you will meet, they treated us like old friends. Their barn was top notch! Thanks so much for everything!". . .(1/5/08) - "The Gilbert's are wonderful people and the facilities were great. They were very helpful. We recommend them to anyone traveling in their area.". . .(1/15/08) - "Excellent place to stay for my horse, extremely helpful people, very safe. Thank you!". . .(2/10/10) - "These people and this facility are really blessed. My daughter and I and her horse traveled alone from CA to GA, and we were cared for and blessed by these wonderful people. Everyone should stay here.". . .(5/7/08) - "All the previous comments are correct. For my first long distance trip I was glad they were my first and last stop. God has greatly blessed these folks with generous and willing hospitality!"
