Facilities: Three16 Ranch offers unmatched comfort and hospitality for your stay. 8 - 12' x 12' stalls are available with state of the line ThuroBed mattresses and include shavings. For a lower price, 6 panel stalls are available as well. Enjoy the use of our well-lit, 80' x 200' indoor arena, heated wash rack and public restroom. We have a horse trailer on site for your lodging if needed or electric is available for your own trailer. A small turn out lot is available or turn out in the arena is offered as well. Riding throughout our 200+ acre ranch is available during your stay. We have plenty of room for large rigs with easy access off the main road and a large parking area for trailer turn around.
Location: We are conveniently located less than 15 minutes from I-71, Sparta exit or less than 25min from I-75, Dry Ridge exit. We are a central location and less than 1hour from Lexington, Louisville, Frankfort/Versailles, Paris, Cincinnati, etc. Please do send your route for review as there are exits you will want to avoid taking.
