Facilities:  Open April 1 - October 31. We are a small private farm with 5 indoor box stalls, 3 - 10' x 9', 2 - 12' x 12' - all with rubber mats and pine shavings; 2 - 12' x 12' outdoor covered stalls, 2 - 12' x 12' outdoor open stalls, 1 small 15' x 30' paddock with shelter, 1 large 40' x 40' paddock no shelter, 2 small pastures with shelters, 1 small pasture no shelter. Electric (110, 30 and 50amp) and water hookup available for LQ (no camper sewer service), Biffy/Port-a-Potty available, easy access trailer clean out area, round pen, large parking lot. Our farm is only 3 miles from the freeway and well lit and safe for after dark arrivals, hotels and restaurants are within 5 miles. Grass hay and shavings available for purchase. Call to discuss your layover needs, we can probably accommodate you.
Location:  We are conveniently located just 3 miles from I-94 in Monticello, MN; 25 minutes NW of Minneapolis. From I-94, take Exit 194, go east 2.5 miles to Harding Avenue, turn right, then take the third driveway on the left by the Cardinal Crest Farm sign.
