Facilities: We are a meticulously clean and gated horse facility and horse motel. We have 21 heavily bedded indoor stalls; 11 total box stalls and 10 where horses can see each other but not get to each other ranging in size from 10' x 12', 10' x 15', 12' x 12' and 15' x 12' and 8 partially covered, no shavings, outdoor stalls. We have a large arena, round pen, wash rack and stocks. We have a 22 foot wide entrance gate and plenty of turn around space.
We have two beautiful Guest houses on the property, one allows pets, one does not. One house has 2 king size beds, two twin beds and a futon with full kitchen and separate bedroom The other house has 1 king size bed and a queen futon in the same room, and a kitchenette. Both are only rented to one party at a time. Tons of ammenties in both houses. There are tons of available food venues within a mile of us and a liquor store and yummy Mexican food truck across the street
