Whether you're headed to a show, on a cross-country trek, or just passing through, we offer a safe and relaxing overnight stay. Accommodations Include: 4 spacious 10' x 10' stalls with fresh bedding, water, and housekeeping upon checkout * Run-In Shed * An outdoor dog kennel for your four-legged travel buddy * A covered RV site with water and electric hookups (no sewer) and ample turnaround space * Tent camping spots tucked into private corners of the property. Nearby Attractions: Surrounded by nature, but close to hotels, restaurants, and stores - only 10 minutes away! * Just minutes from Percy Priest Lake and Seven Points Campground. Rates: $50/night per horse, $35/night for RV site with hookups, $25/night for tent camping. Dogs stay free with on-site guest. Hay and treats available for purchase. Short-term partial boarding may be available for extended stays - ask for details. A Few Things to Know: Full payment is required when booking within 3 days of your stay. * After-hours arrivals are welcome - just give us a heads-up in advance. * A negative Coggins test and a signed liability waiver are required before arrival. * We have three friendly miniature goats who live on-site in separate quarters within the barn. * Some of the back pasture fencing includes barbed wire, so if that is a concern we recommend staying in designated areas.
