Facilities: We offer 10 - 12' x 12' stalls, a round pen to exercise horses in, and and under-construction on site motel with rooms and full RV and trailer hook ups. Our hook ups are two 50 amp and two 30 amp plug ins. We provide shavings in stalls on top of rubber mat floors. Hay is available for purchase. We do not live on site and try to meet everyone but we also run a full time hay business and can t always meet.

Barn doors on rooms, central heat/air. Also has 30 amp hookup outside for additional charge. Big yard to exercise the horses with hitching post. Barn has radio or bluetooth in the lights. Big circle driveway, I've had 6 horse trailers pull thru with no trouble. Location: Take exit 57 off I-40, go north to Main Street, turn right and go to College Ave. and turn left there at the stop light. Location: Only 6.6 miles from the interstate with nice paved road all the way to the farm. We are located between Fort Smith and Little Rock, AR. Directions: Use your GPS to find our facility easily (you can not put in a GPS until exit 83 off I-40) or follow these directions: Take exit 83 off I-40 (Weir Rd/ Hwy124). Go north and stay on Hwy 124 for approximately 6.6 miles. Look for a mailbox on the right number 9645 then turn immediately to the right and we are the first visible house on the left 108 Upper Pine Ridge Road. The barn is the fourth driveway.
