Free Spirit Farm, Caitlin Noonan

Nottingham, NH  03290
Tel:

Location on Google Maps (Confirmed)
Facilities:  My name is Caitlin Noonan, my farm is Free Spirit Farm in Nottingham NH. My property is 4 acres where my 2 horses live as well as 2 boarders. My farm is retirement board mainly as I do not have facilities for riding currently. My horses live outside 24/7 with run in sheds, free choice hay, paddocks and sheds cleaned at least 1 X Day. I have a 4-stall barn with two of the stalls having small in & outs. Sheds have fans for warmer months, and heated waterers for colder months. For overnight and short stays, if I do not have a paddock open, horses will stay in the barn with in & out. I also have 2 large grass paddocks for grazing in nicer months If your horse is acclimated to grass, they have the option of using those paddocks. All I want is for all my animals I care for to be happy and healthy, I try to keep living arraignments as close as natural/wild as possible. If you prefer to camp out on the property, that can be accommodated as well. Very laid back and willing to accommodate what I can within reason. For one horse the fee is $50/night. This includes clean water, bedding, and cleaning the stall/ paddock daily. You must provide your own grain, hay, supplements, bug spray, blankets, etc. Hay can be provided at an additional cost. Again I am laid back and open to negotiating this, depending on needs, etc. For multiple horses the fee is $40/night (clean water, bedding, and cleaning of stall/paddock daily). Any questions please reach out via email/phone. All horses must have up to date vaccine paperwork and negative coggins within 1 year.
Location:  West of Durham and minutes away from route 101, access to route 95 and 93.
