Facilities:  Cottage that includes a full bed in a private bedroom, 3 twin xl beds in a loft. Living room, primative kitchen (no oven, no kitchen sink, but full size fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven) and single bathroom with shower. This is located on a private farm with gated entrance, we have a large pasture for multiple horses to stay in. Plenty of grass. Large clean water troughs. We have pen panels to set up single pens if need be. The cottage requires a 2 night minimum stay max 4 to 5 people. 250$ per night. Includes pasture. Plus 100$ cleaning fee. If panels need to be set up for seperation, it is 75$ per day additional. Ample amount of time is given between each booking for pasture hygiene, quarentine, and cleanliness. Property does have trails for miles. A guided ride can be booked with host. Different hourly times have different afforable rates.
