Facilities:  Veteran owned farm located on the TN/GA border in the middle of the I-24, I-75, and I-59 splits, less than 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga with countless restaurants and hotels and on-farm tiny homes. Perfect place for anyone traveling through TN, AL, or GA. Our farm backs up to I-24 (less than 3 minutes off the interstate). One exit down from the I-24 / I-59 split and ~12 miles from the I-24 / I-75 split. We offer horse stalls, round pen, wash rack, and paddocks. We have tiny homes, yurts, glamping sites, and allow you to park a camper/trailer on site with hookup available. In the summer, there is also a pool. We accept cash, check or venmo. Payment required at the time of check-in. When you arrive at the farm, you will see the sign for Quail Run Farm. Come through the gate. At the fork in the road, stay to the right (lower road) that will lead you back to the barn areas. You will see tiny homes on the right and a metal "shop" barn. Behind the metal barn is a wooden gabled barn. The horse stables are on the ground floor of the gabled barn.

Facilities:  15 acre property completely enclosed and gated, just 6 miles off of Interstate 40 on the Cumberland Plateau near Crossville, TN with a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains. We offer 2 boarding options : 1) boarding in a private 100' x 60' corral with 8' x 12' loafing shelter for up to 4 horses. 2) Two 10' x 10' stalls with a breezeway between. Our policies and prices will be sent to potential boarders. We have a large gravel lot for parking trailer/RV with 30 and 50 amp electrical hookup. Hay and bedding available for an additional charge. Valid Coggins test required.
We also offer our very nice 2 bedroom ranch house to rent for a reasonable price. No parties or other visitors. Quiet time from 9 pm to 6 am.

We both teach; my husband is an ag teacher and this place is kept immaculate. My husband also can do light leather work and electrical repairs. We do have two dogs. If you are coming with one, please let us know, so we can put ours up. Please have current coggins available upon arrival.
Location:  We are 3.2 miles off I-65 at exit 32. PLEASE call before you get off the interstate as our road is a horseshoe and taking the first option would NOT go well for a trailer (use the second Kirkland Road option).

Facilities: Very Nice 6 stall barn with tongue and groove walls and bars across the upper front. The floors have mats and we will provide wood type shavings for bedding. We can provide a stall, 60 ft. round pen, or a 2 acre pasture, depending on availability. We are located close to I-40, only a few turns to get you to our farm, about 3 miles. We are Exit 182 off of I-40. There is a Flying J Truck stop there for fuel. Several motels are located at Exit 172 (Dickson) and there are two motels at Exit 188 (Kingston Springs). We are asking for a copy of health papers, negative coggins tests and a copy of vaccination records be set to us at the time of making a reservation. A picture can be sent by text or email. We are looking for vaccinations that adhere to the recommendations of AAEP. (American Academy of Equine Practitioners) The vaccination record will need to include Equine Influenza within 6 months. Call, text, or email for reservations.
