Welcome to Graham Acres. Whether you plan
to stay long term or just for the night, I'll try to make your stay for you and your horses safe and enjoyable. I know how tiring a long day on the road can be and I hope
you'll find my horse motel so refreshing that you'll make my facility one of your favorite places to stay if you travel through again. |
I offer overnight, weekly, monthly, or long term horse boarding. $400.00/month per horse. Includes quality
feed, hay and pasture care. In case of bad weather all horses are hand walked into stalls. Hot and cold water wash racks indoor and out.
Full access to all riding areas whenever needed. Serious riders only. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. My full care
overnight fee is $25.00 per night per horse. Current health papers and a negative Coggins test are required.
I also offer a Bed and Breakfast for $75 per room per
night.
Overnighters are welcome to use the indoor riding arena. |

A 5 acre turn out is available to allow your horse(s) to stretch it's legs after a long day in the trailer.
I also have a separate lot for studs. A 30 AMP plug-in is available for RV's for $10.00/night. |

| I have stadium jumps set up in the field for jumpers. I can teach beginner
riders the English discipline through training level. Rates are $20.00 per hour if the student rides their own horse or $40.00 per hour to learn on one of
my schoolmasters. I offer half price for a half hour on both options.
