Facilities: GUESTS TRAVELING WITH HORSES (May 1 through October 31) are invited to park a horse trailer on-site, turnout your horses (maximum of two) into our 5-acre fenced pasture with plenty of grass to graze on. You will also be able to shelter them in our stables at night. Our barn has internet and includes a nice and comfortable bedroom suite with double bed, full bathroom, kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee pot and utensils.
Come experience the tranquility and beauty of the Colorado Rockies. There are many trails to explore on the BLM land that borders our property that can be enjoyed while riding your horse (or horses).
Our rates are $100 per night for either a single person or a couple staying in the barn suite. Travelers with either a camper or RV will be charged a $25 per night camping fee, reduced to $15 per night if no electricity or water hookup are required. The rate for horses (max 2) is $50 per stall and $25 per turnout per horse per night. Phone or email for availability. And be sure to bring current coggins and health certificates with you when you stay.
A VRBO vacation rental, for up to 12 people, is also located on our property. Click on the website link for more information. The barn and suite can be booked separately from the VRBO vacation rental. No camp trailer hook-ups are available.
Location:  Our property is nestled in the Arkansas River Valley of Colorado. Whether you are coming from the east or west on Highway 50, you will turn on County Road 12 and go 8.7 miles north to the property. The county road is paved until just before you reach our property, which is situated on your left side.

Turn right at the 3rd driveway from the stop sign, marked with a large white bucking horse sign.From South-bound I-25--take Exit 281 (Owl Canyon exit), cross over the Interstate to take the NE Frontage road south approximately 1 1/2 miles. Our driveway is on the (left) east side and is about 1/8 mile long up to the cattleguard and barn-yard. We are convenient to "The Ranch" (Larimer Co Fair Grounds), CSU Veterinary Clinic, Greeley, Denver, & Cheyenne Rodeos. Please have Health Certificates and Coggins papers to satisify Colorado Regulations.

New barn in 2023 with electricity, heated water, and well-lighted for late arrivals. Owners live on premises. Owners horses in separate facility. Facilities: Overnight and short-term boarding available for horses and owners! We have one covered stall with attached 20' x 30' run for 1-2 horses. We have another 12' x 24' three-sided building with attached 20' x 24' run for 1-2 horses. We are an active, smaller boarding facility in the mountains and there will be other horses on the property as well as an adorable donkey. The stall will be dry and will not have shavings. We have two 50' round pens as well as an outdoor riding arena. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upstairs level of our house for rent also. The primary room for rent has one queen and one double and will sleep 1-4 people. The secondary room also has one queen and one double and will sleep 1 to 4 people. We have a boarder collie that lives on the property that we love dearly... please only bring friendly, loving, kind dogs. Health certificates and a negative Coggins must be provided for each horse before unloading. We require a deposit of 50% of your reserved stay paid via Venmo or PayPal. It is only refundable if you cancel a full 48 hours before your stay. Absolutely no smoking of any kind while on the property. No trailer hookups.
Location:  We are located just three miles North of the wonderful town of Woodland Park! We are less than one half mile off of state highway 67 NORTH. There is plenty of parking available and we have a drive-around that accommodates even the largest of rigs.
