The popular "Verns Restaurant" is one mile from our home. We are recommended by the CSU Vet Hostptal for horses recuperating from treatment or being seen as outpatients by CSU. We are 15 minutes from the Vet Hospital, 10 minutes from the CSU Equine Center. Lory State Park is 10 minutes away with fantastic riding trails which connect to the Horsetooth Mountain Park. Our facility is at the mouth of Rist Canyon, Poudre Canyon, and we are a quick 30 minute drive to the Red Feather Lakes area. All of these areas have designated riding trails for unbelievable rides. Enjoy an easy drive to north Ft. Collins to shop in historic Fort Collins' Old Town shops.

Right on the South Fork River with fabulous fishing. Due to unreliable road conditions, the best time to visit if you're hauling horses is from spring through the fall but you're welcome any time.

Location:  Easy access off I-25. From north-bound I-25--get off at Exit 278 (Wellington Exit) and take the northbound frontage road 2 miles. Turn right at the 3rd driveway from the stop sign, marked with a large white bucking horse sign.From South-bound I-25--take Exit 281 (Owl Canyon exit), cross over the Interstate to take the NE Frontage road south approximately 1 1/2 miles. Our driveway is on the (left) east side and is about 1/8 mile long up to the cattleguard and barn-yard. We are convenient to "The Ranch" (Larimer Co Fair Grounds), CSU Veterinary Clinic, Greeley, Denver, & Cheyenne Rodeos.
