Facilities: Half acre paddock with 3 strands wire fencing (top line white plastic coated electrified, middle line white plastic coated, and lower line 12.5 gauge wire). Area is shaded by Ponderosa pines. Other option is a 50’ wooden round pen. When booking please specify which area you’d like for stabling. Larger 1 acre fenced area should be available for use later this spring; contact for details. There is a graveled riding arena (140’ x 65’) available for use however it is not fenced, it is just a flat area to do some riding in. Lots of room for trailer parking. National Forest abounds within this area and offers many areas to ride. Sauls Creek and Upper Pine are two examples that are very close by. My house is also an Airbnb/VRBO setup so you can stay right on premise with your horse. Three bedrooms are available for booking, see web page link. Horse boarding is $20/night/horse and discounted to $15 if you use my Airbnb/VRBO for your stay. Advanced reservation required, please email or call ahead to check for availability.
