Facilities: * Reservations & Contact: Please direct all reservations and inquiries to Mr. Dean Harris, Ranch Manager, at ( 602-319-3997. * Updated Fee Schedule effective 04/01/2026: Due to an increase in no-shows, no pays, and late cancellations, our nightly rate has been adjusted to $45 per night, per trailer, and per animal. This fee includes the expectation that guests will clean up after their animals. If cleanup is not completed, a $20 per animal cleanup fee will be assessed. Stall cleaning services may be provided by ranch staff upon request for an additional fee. * Arena Use: Our large arena has recently been reworked and is available for use at $20 per ride. * Reservations & Arrival Requirements: Reservations are required prior to arrival. Check-in is no later than 8:00 p.m. * Gate Access Instructions: Guests must use the manual iron gate only. The east electric gate is not to be used or pushed upon under any circumstances. * Facilities Description: Turnouts are large (approximately 16' x 60') and constructed of solid iron piping. The ranch typically accommodates up to six individual stalls, with additional larger areas available as needed. The $45 nightly fee applies to truck and trailer, and hookups are available at the same rate. We now offer a very comfortable trailer if you wish to stay there, complete with hook-ups and sleeps up to 6 with A/C, shower, etc., for an added fee of $95.00 per night or the town (holbrook) is approx 13 miles west if you prefer to stay in town. * Payment Methods: Payment is accepted by cash or check only. * Animal Health & Pet Policy: All horses must be accompanied by current and official health documentation (including applicable vaccination and transport records) at the time of arrival. Dogs must remain confined to your trailer at all times while on the property. * Working Ranch Notice: This is a working cattle ranch, and active cattle operations are ongoing at all times. Guests are expected to exercise awareness, caution, and respect for ranch activities during their stay.
